I went in to Alfords today after calling to see how much an alignment was. Which, by the way, is the cheapest place in Tyler that I have found. Well, after testing my car I ended up just needing it balanced, which was cheaper! They did not try to upsell anything or suggest anything extra. They actually cared to make sure they were fixing the right thing and not just what I asked for. They were honest and upfront with me which is always awesome when going to a new place. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future needs. Amazing people and business!
